Fly Stockholm for new members
Swesim (
), a swedish organization dedicated to flight simulation is now hosting an introduction to online flying to people that are interested in becoming vatsimmers. During the introduction the participants will be taught the basics of flying like planning, communication etc. This will be finished off with real online flying in their Boeing 737-800 simulator here at VATSIM where the participants will be able to see VATSIM in action.
They will 4 legs inside Sweden: ESSA-ESSV-ESSA-ESNN-ESSA. To make this "as real as it gets" we will fullstaff all these airports with main focus on Stockholm Arlanda. But to make it realistic there has to be more than 1 aircraft on the frequency, therefor we would like everyone to come and fly to/from ESSA/ESNN/ESSV. Please help out promoting VATSIM, the more traffic we get, the more new vatsimmers we get!
Expect Arlanda to be fully staffed with some splits at GND/TWR/APP, the ATC will stay online until at least 1930Z, depending on the traffic levels we might stay online longer.
