I found two excellent source of information for my new Embraer and other aircrafts and I thought you might be interested in it as well. Here they are:

This provides a great tutorial on the Embraer 170 and FOKKER 70/100 - way more informative of what got with the add-on. It also provides useful links to many other good website concerning flight simulation.

Provides a huge amount of information on flights and flight simulations. I found particularly useful the section "Aircraft" where you can browse and find a detailed description of every button present on the dashboard of your cockpit
