That's bad to hear, but one more try to explane the importance of the CRJ in the fleet:
In X-Plane nearly every plane acts like a Cessna - you can start a 747 in 1 Minute for example. But that has changed when the CRJ has been published - from now on, all the other planes are worse if you compare them regarding simulation instead of gaming (everybody who tells you the opposite didn't see what is possible by flying the CRJ).
Therefore at the moment in X-Plane there is only one (!) aircraft which is as well simulated as the simulation of an airline expects, and that's the CRJ200. In the future there is one more aircraft in sight, but nobody knows when it will arrive (its the 737 Classic from IXEG) and therefore we X-Planers cannot simulate our flights in a way we would like to do at the moment.
One more reason is the major step forward for X-Plane after releasing version 10 and the not well known future for Microsoft Flight, so I assume that a lot of people will have a look at X-Plane and I assume that one of the killer apps like PMDG for MSFS will be the CRJ for X-Plane for many users upcoming decission if to switch or not! Btw., because of the expected switch of many users, even a lot of tools get developed at the moment, which have been MSFS exclusive in the past. As an example, I can tell you that I am working on an improved online experience (VATSIM) for the future.
I have been flying for some thousands of hours in FS and also in X-Plane, I also helped during the V3 development of the x737 and I fly VFR aircraft in real - so I think I know what I am talking about
Although I have not sent any PIREP for ACH for a long time now, I would like to kindly ask you to add the CRJ200 to the fleet - not just for me, but of course I would like to see the only bird I am flying online also here in our fleet.
Cheers,
Bernhard.
