EZDOK settings for NGX

EZDOK camera settings for use with NGX. Works with TrackIR too. This one is for widescreen and it's very best. It's taken from Angle of attack for NGX training, I just added a few views. You can change assigned keys for each camera if you don't like my settings, but don't forget to disable assigned key inside FSX when coincides with camera schorcut key.
