We're still in one piece with my family even I was away from my home.
Our home sustained damage with not more seven feet of water. Even we did preparations before the storm, the raging waters still penetrated our second floor of our house.
Currently, Were staying to our second house as of this moment.
Manila, Philippines. 18 December 2011. UNICEF is preparing to respond to the needs of approximately 43,000 children affected by the devastating floods brought on by Tropical Storm Washi (local name Sendong) in northern and western Mindanao, Southern Philippines.
The tropical storm swept through the southern island during the night of 16th December, dropping the equivalent of one month's rainfall in just one day. The resulting flash floods, which rose very quickly during the night, killed at least 330 people, with 270 still missing.
