I like very good looking clouds from REX, if you want more improvements in fs2004 - i recommend you tallk to santa and try to convince him to bring you 2 things:

And every time you run REX, you must run zinertek water again, becouse REX will overwrite water textures.
FScene gives a more realistic look to fs2004 textures, and zinertek water is a best available water for fs2004
