Q about Charter Flight ?

How to fly my JA-MSA Flight?
I want to do charter around Japan ....Can I use it or because im still short by my ranking I cannot fly the plane yet ?

You have to set your career to basic. "pilot's lounge / my profile / career set to basic / save changes"
Than you will be able to fly all aircrafts.
