Vatsim Central Africa (VATCAF) proudly presents the Great Opening of ATC actions in the Roberts FIR and Abidjan FIR! On Sunday 29th (18-22 UTC) we will start the Goldcoast Express between these awesome locations. Get your medium or longhaul planes out and fly to Freetown-Lungi (GFLL), Monrovia-Roberts (GLRB) or Abidjan International Airport (DIAP) like for example the real world companies Emirates, Qatar, Eurofly or Kenya Airways are doing it.

Or take a small plane and cycle between Abidjan (DIAP) and Monrovia-Roberts (GLRB) or Freetown-Lungi (GFLL) that also will be staffed. Or do some flights between the destinations - we will also cover this nice racetracks for you.

Hi Oliver

I am a newbie here, so when you say a "small" plane, what do we classify as a small plane, do you mean a small "general" aircraft of choice? :)

I think, that you can fly with a aircraft of your choice, but if you want the flight to be recorded for the ACH, I think you can use a DHC7.

But some pilots like to fly with 'Genereal Aviation' Stuff and the are able to fly on this event "outside" of the Airchild VA with a plane of their choice.

I think, that I will fly with the smallest plane Airchild offers me - and that is the DHC7...
