Today I encountered a microburst for the first time ever since I started simming.
I was 10Nm out of runway 24 EDDK and airspeed increased by 50kts then came the downdraft and then the tailwind of 50kts.
I barely managed to keep my Embraer 195 steady during the event.

I once had a flight where the plane constantly wanted to go to the left at cruise level. Like I applied full rudder, but I didn't. It couldn't fly on AP and I had to make an emergency landing. It never happened again and I still don't know what caused it. Some mystery...
