Air-Child unknown to IVAO

Good day,
recently ihave been flying online on IVAO and it seems they don't know our VA (frequently call me Alfa Charlie Hotel) and there is no Air-Child in the listing of virtual airlines...
Is there a way to change it?
Also in pireps there is no sign of using IVAO - only VATSIM or offline.
I prefer IVAO to VATSIM because of better model matching in X-IvAp , as I am X-plane user.

if I remember correctly there's a remarks field in the flightplan at IVAO. It might help to state there what ACH means. Won't do any harm any ways.

I allways write in the remarks field in the flightplan:
C/S: Airchildxxxxx - abbreviation ACHxxxxx

After the first two sentences to the ATC he normally changes from AlfaHotelCharile to Airchild...
