When I mark EFHK in the Routenet, all flights from Helsinki will be shown. Some of them are marked in green, others in orange.

Why?

I do not get it.

As far as I can see the ACH-Routenet shows possible scheduled flights.
Every flight has always one, and only one, departure airport and one arrival airport.
In the map of the ACH-Routenet you see the departure airport (orange), the arrival possible ACH-hub-airport(s) (green) and, eventually, other possible "normal" arrival airport(s) (yellow). See screenshot:

And yes, you are right. In your expample the SCTC ist just the only Departure in your map, and all others are the Arrivals, which are yellow, as lond as they are not a HUB - then they will be marked in Green...
