Hi there,

I'm new to this VA Business and one thing I don't understand is What does ABN :?: on the Company Flight Plan mean?.....

regards

That is on the page with all fuel weights, pax numbers, time in air, etc?
if Yes that sounds like ABNormal situation, so fuel reserve for flying to other airfield or when You fly upwind with strong wind and other unforseen situations.

If that is in flight plan its VORtac named ABN, radionavigation.

Hmmm that stuff were discussed somwhere on forum, but i cant find it fast right now.

Welcome Richard

From the pilot manual, the information you require....
Next to that you
can (once you’ve printed out the plan) note down the times
you actually depart and arrive. ATD is when you leave the
stand, ABN when you are airborne, T/D the touchdown, and
ATA the arrival at the stand.

Have to add, I didn't actually know myself until I looked it up

Thank so much, that is infact the answer I was looking for
