what is it?

Some addon planes replaced FSX original gauges during installation, and after you uninstall them - there is no gauges left. This is gauges recovery utility

and can you tell me a save method to delete a plane from FSX without getting more new problems?

Just uninstall it normally, there is no problems with this one I think. You will receive a message on next FSX startup if something is wrong
