Hello

Can anyone explain me such thing:

When I book a flight and I'm in flight briefing I got a route like this:
Code:
COMPANY FLIGHTPLAN ACH7940	LEVCEDDK02	2012/06/25

Flight	LEVC - EDDK	Alt: EDDL
Aircraft	B737-800	STD	18:13	ATD

[cut]

RTE VIA
SOPET UM985 BCN UM985 LUMAS UN853 ARCKY UT853 IBESA T853 NOR

but when I run FSACARS to show my flight on map and choose import flight from VA

my route is as follows: KUMIK Y854 BOMBI UN850 NATOR UN869 MILPA UN852 MAMES UN975 BCN UM985 SOPET

Even if you read FSACARS route from right to left: SOPET UM985 BCN UN975 MAMES UN852 MILPA UN869 NATOR UN850 BOMB IY854 KUMIK

after BCN the routes are different anyone can tell me why?

Greetings

Thanks for the info, Rafal. I noticed there's a problem with the script, now that we changed the briefing to automatic flight plan generation.
The script still checks if there exists a prepared flight plan file for the connection between DEPT to DEST. If it finds one it sends that route. Since we don't update the pre-made plans anymore (but they still exist on the server) it only finds old plans.
Will try to update scripts (also need to check for XAcars) as soon as possible and notify when done.

The issue described by Rafal should be fixed. No more old routes ;)

Could any of the FsAcars users please test this and report if anything goes wrong? Thanks!

reminder: For scheduled flights with more than 1 possible routings you will not automatically see the route that you selected earlier in the briefing (if it wasn't the first route). But you can cycle through all available routes for your connection by clicking several times on "Get flight from VA".
For charter flights you will always get the route you entered in your briefing.

finally: I checked the XAcars script, and it should work alright, there. Just without the 'cycling through different routes' thingy. We may include that some day, though.
