Paylod breafing to match F1 ATR 72-500 Config Manager

Hi really nice organized VA.
I want to do my first flight, after create the briefing I got
PAX: 38 Baggage: 570 kg Cargo: 0 kg => Payload: 3610 kg

I presume those value have to meet with the F1 ATR 72 Config manager setting, so I set a total of 38 PAX+Crew and 264+264 cargo(Baggage) but this give me a ZFW 17232 KGS.
Have i to be strict and change them inside FSX, or it's fine with what I set in the configuration managers.
But if I am not wrong I need to set 16560 KGS as dispatched.
What I need to do in that case and for future situation?

Hi, I'm not a dispatcher so I can only give you advise by telling you what I normally do. In my opinion it's always the captain's responsibility what gets inside an aircraft and how heavy it is at take-off, no matter what the airline ask of her/him.

I normally try to fit at least all the passengers and their baggage on board. Then I only load the cargo that fits. If it's still too heavy you can always change the numbers in the flight-plan. Logically: with a lower amount of passengers there's also less luggage. I've actually never seen a report rejected because of things like this. The airline could always send an old cargo plane to haul the cargo that's left on the apron. :lol:

Also to take into account: fuel's very heavy(and expensive) only take on what you need + the contingency fuel. In my experience the pph(pounds per hour) in flightsim can differ a lot from the numbers in the flightplan.

So if your config manager says you're overweight just drop some cargo and/or passengers and you'll be fine.

Great I was unsure about policy and didn't want to start with wrong step.
Anyway it's impossible to meet what Configuration manager archive and what the dispatch ask I can just getting around.
