I've been flown for the LH - VA for 2 months and they had a full weather briefing in their "briefing room", which weather charts, enroute weather charts....
Would this be possible right here, too?

Hmm,
there is a weather briefing metar and taf for departure, arrival and alternate airport on the the flightplan.
