I would like to fly from LKPR to Great Britain. Unfortunately there is just a A320 flight in ourm schedule. Is it allowed to fly this flight with a similar aircraft (E190, B738), because I am unwilling to fly any of these Airbus models from Wilco...

Yes, it is. But be aware that the performence data you will get are from the A320!!
Or book a charter flight, select the aircraft of your choice and you will get the same route as in the shedule.
