Hello

after the "air-child madness" has arrived at the Athens airport (LGAV) it is time to think about our next location. As usual the cities name has to start with the last letter of our departure airport - in our current case we are looking for cities starts with an S.

During the next 14 day you are able to make suggestions. Thereafter we will start the poll for voting...

By the way I have recognized, that Air-Child has a lot of new members during the last weeks. Of courcse you are are all invited to our show.... I think it makes more fun for us and for the ATC controllers too...

So don't be shy, we aren't a elite club

I know, Sofia could be a real short LEG, but we can fly with Turbo Props :)
 
Sarajevo (LQSA) :) Approx 500nm

I can arrange ATC staffing for the destination (on Vatsim) if chosen.

I like the approach to Sarajevo. But as before, I can't fly at the first saturday of November. But I can fly next tuesday. At what time you want to fly Oliver?
 
Hmmh - that depends on the airport, where we wanna start. I'm actual at Manchester. Ill try to fly to EDDL on monday. And than we can start from there on tuesday at 1800z....

Great, guys!
As it looks now Sarajevo will be staffed this coming Tuesday with at least 2 stations (APP, TWR) and most likely Zagreb Radar will be online too for enroute/descent coverage.
See you there :)
 
Do you know some scenery for FSX? I can't find anything for FSX. Even addapted fs9 scenery is not available any more

works with FSX too. Look at the screenshots there: they're made in FSX (apart from the last 2 pics). Just do not install the Photorealistic Landclass, it's in separate folder and not compatible with FSX. Ignore it, don't add it to scenery library (as described in the installation instructions for the scenery).

Yeah, I have seen, that they are online every tuesday. So that is a great opportunity to come from EDDL, EDDN or EDDT - they are online every tuesday too....

I tried to do some approaches offline, it's a nice scenery but isn't optimized for FSX very well, i have some fps drops and a lot of shimmering. I didn't use photorealistic landclass. So, i think i'll use some AFCAD for default scenery. I'll try to be there tomorow.

Roger Sir, but I have to switch over to EDDK - I haven't found a flight to Dusseldorf - but that shouldn't be a problem...

I can't make it at 18:00z this evening (yes, the job) I will arrive at about 18:30 at home -need 15 min. to be ready for takeoff-, so I will start from LOWK. I asume that you will fly:

Hello

I have lost connection to my TS2 - all remaining programs are running - until now... I will try to fix it later. For now there is nothing left as to pray to the god of the internet connectivity....
