Flight keeper question

Have been using fskeepers for a while now and I just discovered something! The big world map shows the boarders of the FIR's which is very useful on vatsim. My question is can it be printed, or maybe transferred to the ACARS map in the cockpit?
 
Figured it out, the world map is in the ACARS. Just have to press the right button. Amazing what you can miss out on when you don't read the manual :lol:
