Invisible online?

Hi guys,

there is quite a nice number of active pilots here at ACH. However our VA is almost invisible on Vatsim. Why is that?
Does the majority of pilots fly offline or do you just use another callsign when flying on Vatsim?

I am just curious. I think that more visible presence on Vatsim will be much better PR than voting for our VA every month. The controllers and other pilots simply need to hear "Airchild" in their radios -:)

When I look at flight reports -> pireps I see that about 40% of flights has a little "v" next to it, indicating a VATSIM flight.

I think you should get into contact with the pilots that do organized flights online like the air-child monthly madness. They probably care about Air-Child's online visibility.

For mostly offline pilots like me voting, writing e-mails asking for other people's votes, making repaints etc. is still the best way to promote our airline.
 
I got your points in respect with the voting. I've also had a look at Vatavare ACH statistics and there really are a lot of flights.
Maybe I am online at wrong times -:)
 
Hello Jan,

as we have established air-child, one of our goals was to build a VA where each flightsimmer will find there home. So we are open for online flyers (like me), offline flyers, members who have the time to fly every day, members who only have the time to fly once a month and so on...

b.t.w: in about 1 hour you will find me on VATSIM ;)

I completely understand and I am fully for that kind of free choice. Each of us has different time available to sim and not everyone wants to fly online.
I just wish to hear "Airchild" more often on Vatsim.

I am currently online on route to YSSY. See you on Vatsim then :)
