The ranks are based on points not hours, but we can use the hours to estimate what points are needed.
At the moment, it takes around 400 hours to make senior captain. This for a frequent flyer will only take a few months.
We want to make the senior captain status difficult to achieve as it will make it more rewarding, but do not want to make it unachievable to the average flyer (needing years upon years of flying)
How many hours needed to reach the senior captain status?
ps, the winning voting wont be final decision, eg, if 2000 gets 10 votes, and 1000 gets 10, then it would be best to take an average of these and set the hours at 1500
