LAN multiplayer?
VATSIM/IVAO?
There is even option for virtual desktop and shared resources...

BUT most of that stuff need partner to use same simulator fs9/fsx/xpl ...
 
you know , I'm new to virtual airlines system and I need someone to help me with vatsim and connection with others and even help me by teach me some pilot lessons .
I think its better for me to share a a cockpit with someone and teach me.

I'm on Linux system with X-plane 9. IF i manage to start Teamspeak i can try to help there (CET time, mostly mornings from 8-10am up to 2pm). We will not be able to fly in shared cockpit in mine configuration.

In MSFS You have flying lessons available. Fly most of them and You will manage to fly almost anything.
Read online manual from ACH, there is example online flight presented (only route may be not correct and destinations charts are outdated)...
