Ferry flights?

What is to do if I want to make an flight but the aircraft is not at this airport. And there is no scheduled flight from the current location to the wished airport for this time (but there is a scheduled at another day). Should I then use the scheduled flight from the other day to get the aircraft to the wished airport or do we have something like ferry flights?

Hi,

It would depend which pilot career you have chosen.
If you are in the basic career, then you can book any scheduled flight regardless of if the aircraft is at the departure airport.
If you are in advance career, then you can only chose flights where there is an aircraft parked and not booked.

More info on these are in on page six of the

Whichever career you have selected, you can chose a flight from any day in the schedule, not just a flight for the actual day.

I've read the Pilots Manual, but didn't found some information about that. Thanks for this information, so I can use a scheduled flight of another day to get the aircraft to the wished airport.
