Nice vid and... nice craft. Why is it called "Deleted video"? Probably because it's part of PMDG's rumour market campaign. "Leaking" some previews is a trusted method in the "games" business.

Jane's previews sound incredibly amazing. I feel like jumping on my chair. Just when I today thought that I would retire from IFR flights for a while and go do some light flying...

Well, it's not for sale yet. So, unless you're secretly a beta tester, you got plenty of time for some Trike Ultralight practice.

Trike Ultralight World Tour. How's that sound for Air-Child's next world tour? :)

I was thinking of flying stuff like Twotters and maybe buying the RealAir Lancair Legacy. The Dash 7 is also "light" to me and on top of that a nice challenge to fly. However, I'm afraid that the heavy metal is going to take over once this comes out

That could really be a very long tour :!: I've seen people doing this in real life. Flying an ultralight low above insurgent infested countryside. Not getting anywhere because of paperwork at the border etc. Not really my cup of tea.

Look for basler_bt67_v2.zip (FSX)on Flightsim.com It's freeware but of payware quality. Only thing you got to do is alias Twotter sound to it because it got no sound.

I really love this plane. When I don't feel like going through all the procedures for the 737, I regularly take this plane from the hangar.

It's a(real existing) DC-3 conversion to turboprop with all kind of special levers and stuff inside. Strobe knob above FO head, rest of lights above pilot's head etc. :S

ich bin nun wirklich nicht der lobende und demütige Promoguru...aber hier komm ich schon ins sabbern...

English changed a lot since I left school. Let's have a try:
I'm not really the praising and submissive promo guru...but now I'm really drooling...
Had to look up "demütige".

Nice pictures, thanks.

Nice vid, is he pressing one of those secret screw-buttons or are the MCP buttons still a bit misaligned on the beta plane?

Downloaded it and flew one "training pattern" in Innsbruck. Seems payware quality indeed. And my download actually did have sounds. I downloaded it from Rikoooo (however many o's there are...) since the flightsim download would have taken 45 minutes and I had nothing else to do :p

I thought I hated taildraggers, but all I've tried have been FSX defaults and this one feels like it deserves a chance. Thank you for the hint ;)

Yes, this is quite a friendly plane, looking over the nose on the runway isn't such a problem and it doesn't start zigzagging with its tail too much on landing. I too disliked most taildraggers for doing that. It's just a good plane for when you want a relaxed flight in anything heavier than a Cessna. Also good for trying out new airports before you attempt a landing with 737 or bigger. I recently did that wit KPDX, the wind and the mountains make it an interesting place to land.

Strange, maybe I should keep this silent but it never takes so long for me. And I don't have a paid account or something. When a download takes long there are usually dishes to wash(sigh)...and stuff...

The new Douglas C-117D Skytrooper (c117d_v1_beta.zip) from the same maker(s) is also quite a hit on Flightsim.com. I also used it's cockpit in the default DC-3 for completing the FSX Africa mission. (Yes, I know you can edit the mission text file but the was too fast for the mission and I didn't want too cheat too much). Although the C-117 is still beta, I can't find much wrong with it. Nice to know this sort of next generation DC-3 had gear doors. I never knew about the C-117. While the DC-3 is quite famous here because it was the favourite plane of our late .
Thank you for the hint
You're welcome. Great you liked it too. I always go through lists of freeware with good reviews and in the end you get a nose for it like with antiques.

You see, I could also start a blog.
