hi there..
Im Genno Songcayawon... straight from the Pearl of the Orient country.. Philippines.. :)

Just recently applied in this VA... The fact that for every time i fly in Air Child.. I help Unicef on their humanitarian missions... that's the reason I apply.. its totally different from other VA's... never thought of a flight simming can also make big difference.. :yes:

this is also my second VA aside that I fly also for Philippine Airlines Virtual..

Hullo there Genno, Jim at your service! ::bows:: :)

I think you're reason for joining is pretty much the same as all of ours: have a great time in a fun and professional community AND help UNICEF as well. ;)

BTW, I see you've chosen a HUB already. That's cool. Don't suppose you'd want to try Athens for a while though? I bet you've flown Aussie LOADS of times with your other VA... :rofl:

Bless ya dude, paz.

Hello Genno,

welcome to Air-Child. I hope you will find your home at Air-Child. If you have any question, coment or idea, feel free to post in the forum.

Best regards
Norbert

@James

thanks...

well, there's no other VA i can find like this.. instead of those virtual cash you earn.. I find Air Child every mile and flight hours is worth enough to feed and help those beneficiaries of UNICEF's programme..

actually, I choose YSSY as my hub.. since its most like close to my country, though farther south only and yet PALv also flies their both virtually and in the real counterpart..

anyway, I'm still finding out where would be the best HUB I should, thanks for suggesting in Athens, I'm relatively new to that area... but I would really prefer any Asian Hub VHHH or WSSS ;)

@Norbert

roger that, I'll post any inquires that's running in my head.. ;)

great thanks BTW for the warm welcome.. :)

OT:

is VATSIM down..? I can't submit my PIREP through XAcars.. though I already save it just incase..

Hello Genno :hi:

Welcome aboard.

You're perfectly right when you said this VA is different. :yes:
It will be a real pleasure to fly at your side.

A friendly wink from the other side of the World (France)
Pierre ;)

Hm, your pirep has nothing to do with VATSIM. Have you exactly used the Flightnumber in XAcars like you have got in your booked flight?

Solved.. I forgot to use my password... :lol:

BTW, i have three PIREP's uploaded... but flights numbers ACH5198 (LOWW-LHBP) and ACH5192(LOWW-LOWL) got no distance recorded and the flight times on those flights was not counted to my stats.. :?:
hmm.. I might missing something or not..?

anyway... I'm flying today the ACH5042 (LOWW-LSZH).. :)

edited..

Hi Genno,
I don't know what exactly went wrong with your reports but I fixed the missing distances. I had to add the miles from the route database, though, disregarding how many detours you may have flown, as I just don't know your flown distance. Also fixed flight count, hours and points of your pilot status. ;)
