I'll try to tell you the story of my last flight, as an example how it goes in our new ACH-FSE system.
In SCIE (Concepción, Chile) we have a Twin Otter and a Seneca.
I take a look at our group assignments departing from SCIE. Those going to SAMM (Malargüe, Argentina) and SAMR (San Rafael, Argentina) are the best possibility. I take them all in "MyFlight". Because I must transport 14 passengers, I chose for the Twin Otter (max 19 pax).
First I look at the route:

After that, I take care of my passengers (no cargo this time):

FSE says: "you can depart from SCIE now"... Oops... just a minute... I need more fuel...
Because the fuel price here in SCIE is really cheap I take a full tank.
I activate my client for FS Economy (in my case X-Economy 1.7 for X-Plane 10 64-bit).
This plugin was already working with my Twin Otter from X-Hangar. I do not have to change that.
Next step is to prepare this flight at Air Child.
I chose the Twin Otter:

I activate a faster mode:

I follow the instruction from the Operating Guide: "set the parking brakes and shutdown the engine". XAcars manually from the menu's and I send the PIREP.
I take a look at the plugin X-Economy:
I check if my arrival is recorded at Air Child:
We are now ready for the next flight.
