According these picture SELT is lying 47nm south of SEQU... According to SkyVector it's 120 to the north....

Any idea?

SELT and SEQU are in Ecuador... I've only checked the airports in Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, and the faults I could find there are corrected (where possible).
The data of FS Economy comes from the database of FS2004... and they are not going to update it.
The users can change/correct that. We are doing it in our ACH-databases anyway.

it is difficult to connect flights from FSE with ACH....
Not really, we can substitute aircrafts missing in our ACH-fleet by other aircrafts with similar characteristics. When I use little GA's from FSE I take the "DHC6-300" from the ACH-fleet. Then I fly with (for example) a Seneca on ACH-FSE, take the DHC6-300 with XAcars on Air Child and fly... On VATSIM I say I'm using a Seneca. Everything works fine, and I am also using X-Plane 64-bits... ;)

Very important to me:
I do not have to make a choice between FSE and ACH...
Everything is possible at the same time... thanks to the FREEDOM at Air Child...

Saludos,

:fly:

I have found the error of the distance thing between SEQU and SELT - in my SkyVector I have added SECU instead of SEQU.... just one letter, big difference...

Re: ACH-FSE: aircrafts

Ok so tonight I start to test after reading and reading I choose a flight from SCELto SAMR Load all assignment and choose the Air-child DHC-6 boot FSX I select the Aerosoft Twin Otter X Extended.
Open FSEconomy and the panel told me that the aircaft was not compatible with standard FSE aircraft, so back to FSE forum check why it was not working and found

In order to use your Aircraft , you must do one of two things: you can either edit your aircraft.cfg file to make the "Title" match one of the already-approved versions, or you can submit your version to FSE for the staff to approve and associate with the FSE make and model, Aircarft. This second option can take up to 24 hours to be complete, but is usually acted upon within an hour or two.

In the forum there are many thread to add the Aerosoft one but no change until know .

Well I did change the title but then the fuel station are incompatible with FSE standard so I remember that if the weight doesn't meet the FSE panle your flight is cancel.

Then I start FSFK wich is my monitor for Air-child flight, it crash as it doesn't like the Twin Otter X Extended

I was a little bit pist off, as you can imagine, I don't now if I can meet all this concept, there are many parameters to make it working and ready to fly.
Of course the path would be to find out on FSE forum and aerosoft all the compatibility to finally fly .
I would like to know experience on FSX side as it is my main simulator and Prepar3D the future one.

Re: Introducing our new ACH-FSE system

Gentlemen,
I was trying to read all posts and just could not, too much info for me at the moment.
Below is the short info , please give me some directions what do I do.

Facts:
1. I am leasing Saab340B, my monthly payment is v$370,000+ /mo . What it translates to, I need to do a lot of flying in the area that I know I can make money ( I am sure there are more but around KLGA and KBOS, I can make money relatively fast)

2. I have joined the FSE ACH Group ( the "flying " website one with assignments.

I want to ( in addition to flying for my payments in the NYC area mentioned above) start doing some FSE ACH Group flights.
What do I do?
Do I just pick an assignment and fly it?
Why Location and From columns are different?

I am sorry to ask obvious but I am relatively new to FSE at all and have never flown a Group flight.

If someone would be willing to guide me through the first steps, I would make my first FSE ACH group flight.

Thank you. Cheers, AJ

Well, you are talking about making flights for our ACH-FSE group...,
and not about "group flights" :S

You must make a route, take or make assignments for that route (your membership level is now "staff", that's needed to manipulate the assignments) and choose your aircraft. Look carefully if can pick more assignments without to change too much in your route. Make a flight for every stop in your route (XAcars or XPassenger for the Air Child reports, and X-Economy for FSE, eventually X-IvAP for IVAO or XSquawkbox for VATSIM). Check carefully if you can reload fuel in your stops.

Location is where the assignment actually is.
From is where the assignment started its journey (you can bring it temporary to another airport than destination).

My advice: , it's an example of an complete flight (assignments, fuel, etc.)

Re: Introducing our new ACH-FSE system

Thank you VERY much, Remen.

Yes, ACH-FSE Group Assignment flights ( not flights with others which is also a group flight )

Enroute now $11,986.00 SAZW SAZR SCTC 159 273 19 Passengers T [not provided] 5 days Enroute

And also reporting for ACH with FSAcars.

Let me land and we will see what I did wrong.

Thank you again. Cheers, AJ ;)

Re: Introducing our new ACH-FSE system

OK, I finished the flight, no income.
What I did wrong?

Cheers, AJ :)

Well, you was "enroute":

Your original "departure" or "from" was SAZW, your destination was SCTC, for 19 passengers.
Those passengers were traveling from SAZR to SCTC, with a stop at SAZW...
Do you get it?
But..., you made a trip from SAZW to SAZR... WHY??? You must to SCTC.
You get your pay as you deliver your passengers and/or cargo.
Right now you are still "enroute"..., and paying rent for your aircraft...

You could see this fault in your Flight Plan.
Did you make a Flight Plan?
Did you look there for possible other stops to get more assignments and money?

Italian people have a very clever expression: "chi va piano va lontano"

Re: Introducing our new ACH-FSE system

Remen,
All perfectly understood... I was simply doing things TOO fast, that is all.
I have never flew to wrong destination until today.

From now on it will be all better. :D

ACH setup works and ACH-FSE flights will be better too.

At least I have the setup part done and working.

Thank you very much for all your time. I have made very childish mistake but I am a member of Air-Child.. :p

Cheers, AJ ;)
