perhaps this question is still asked here a thousand times, but I didn't find it.
If I want to do a charterflight for example this one:
LV-FRO Fokker-100 Francisco Rodriguez EDDM 61979 97.77%
Have I to departure from EDDM, where the airplane is at the moment, or may I departure from where i want?

To fly a charter you have all freedom.
Just choose your aircraft, the system knows your Pilot-ID and the rest may by yourself be fulled in.
Just be careful with your payload, passengers, cargo and fuel.
You may fly from anywhere to anywhere, with any aircraft (it doesn't matter where it's parked).
