Some repaint updates

We just updated and added a couple of paints. As follows:

X-Plane x737 v4 by B.Stratmann
Tom and Hartmut have updated the existing original livery to the new v4 model and added a new paint variant.

CS B757-200 for FS9
Andrew has added the paints for the FS9 version of CaptainSim's 752 to the already existing FSX version. Thanks to Joe and Norbert for testing.

CS L-100E (C-130)
Andrew made some small corrections to both FS9 and FSX paints.

Thnx Peter to move the B738NG to the repaint section! The Mitsubishi MU2 stays here in this forum.
