With your next rank (second officer) you will be entitled to fly the Fokker and the E190.

In addition to this. The pilot manual seems to be missing a few more planes. Is a complete list of required ranks for certain planes available?
 
Agreed, the pilot manual isn't updated very often ... lots of work ;)

Here's the current aircraft list per rank:

Student (0 pts) => DHC7,AT72
2nd Officer (50+ pts) => F100,E190
1st Officer (150+ pts) => B737,A320
Sen. Officer. (450+ pts) => B738,A321,B752
Junior Cpt. (900+ pts) => C130,L100,MD11,B763
Captain (1500+ pts) => B744,B777,A340
Senior Cpt. (2200+ pts) => all

think you get the picture: with each rank you are entitled to all the lower rank aircraft, plus the ones indicated. By reaching Captain's rank you may fly the entire fleet.
