Just a question: HUB inspection ????

I've looked in the ACH-documents and in the forum (HUB News) but I can't find the answer, my question is: What is a HUB inspection? What must do the pilots of a HUB in the inspection?
I guess is something like an event or a group flight or a fly-in, something like that...
Please, someone tell us (new pilots) what it is or tell us where we can find the information.
