Flight not registered

Good evening everyone,

First of all, it's a pleasure be part of Air-Child VA.
I made the registration today and few hours after, i did a long flight From SCEL to SBFZ, using FSAcars to log the flight.
I think i did something wrong, i was seeing myself at flight watch, but, when i finished the flight, i sent the log to the server, but i don't see this flight registered here.
Before leaving FSAcars, i saved the log in .txt format.
I please ask you help to get this flight on the system for analysis.

Hi, Marcelo. FSAcars is actually quite unreliable. If possible, XAcars(also free) is much better. My advice would be to do some short test flights with XAcars. If you want your long flight repaired in our database you need someone who has database access(Peter, Norbert, Tom?). Hopefully one of them reads your post, otherwise you could pm them.

EDIT: Interesting, in my profile tab and at my signature, i see the amount of hours, but on my reports, it's blank
