VA discounts

Hi all,

Happy to see the [VA Discounts] link that's appeared in the "pilot's lounge" area -- I'm considering FS Map and/or FS Flight Keeper. Thanks for organising!

I'm wondering, though, whether Aerosoft would consider requests from a VA: I see that Maastricht-Aachen is on offer, but I'd prefer Bremen......

They said they would add more products over time, but I doubt they take requests. There's about 50 partner VA's registered - that would be a lot requests ;)
 
Only if they all gave it a try (and around the same time)... so, let's keep quiet about it... :lol:

Perhaps if there were many requests, only the most popular would be offered -- assuming Aerosoft would be willing to offer them!

Hello

From about 1pm today there is a problem with connection to the site VA discount in pilot's lounge. The message on the website is "data error"

Looking into source of that error it looks like thats only thing that is generated on that page. There is only that error message and no other html code at all.

So

as I underestand correct the page responsible for VA Discounts has been taken off the website and another site with text data error has been uploaded?
 
I get a Data Error when I click VA discounts page :x

Although I'm waiting for the discount from Aerosoft for buying FS FlightKeeper.
I like to fly again, but the trial is over now.
As I understood, that they were on hold till 17 sept., but further nothing heard yet?
Any ideas?

Sorry, Jacob, that was my fault. Because I was very lazy the last 2 weeks, I missed the end of the request period on Monday. This was the cause for the error message. There's still a system fault with the date value which we have to fix.
We have sent the requests to Aerosoft today, and I hope the discount codes will arrive soon. They may, however, not be sent before Monday since most people at Aerosoft don't work on weekends. As soon as we get the codes you will find yours on your discounts page (which is now working again).

Thanks to Andrew, btw, for reminding me .... again! :oops:
