Level D 767-300 How to load custom PAX

Hey everyone. This is just going to be a short question as I would really like to figure this out please. How can I load a custom number of passengers onto the Level D 767-300? I tried using the configuration manager, but it only has an option for random passengers. Thanks :).

try an add ons such FS Passengers (this one is no longer developed), but it is quite good I'm using it just to manage my fleet as CEO of an Airline, or FS Captain this one I didn't use, but maybe someone does.
