Vroute registration

I've tried many times to register vroute . Never get the email to complete registration. Checked spam etc. Service provider is AT&T . Have the vroute mobile app on my phone but its not the same as the desktop program. Just discovered the vatroute link on vat Germany so I check routes on their web site, for European routes. Am I doing something wrong?
