Help pls. Can't start XAcars for chartered flights.

For some reason, I cannot start XAcars for my booked charter flights. I am able to load the Flight details but the Start button is grayed out. But I am able to start scheduled flights without any problems.

What could I be missing?

Complete plan, alt airport, fuel. Admin rights? Click start before APU and engines.

Try to put an alternate airport in XAcars

I'm running into the same problem. Trying to set up a simple charter flight with Dash-7 (Milton Shupe).

My current finding is, that Xacars does not connect to Fsupic (check xacars.log in xacars directory). Don't know if that is relevant, but have you tried another aircraft than usual for your charter flight?

Not FSUIPC related as scheduled flights are alright. It is because of the blank Alternate Airport.
