Vatsim weather

I should know this but I don't. Does vatsim use real weather? I use the real weather setting on my weather engine when I fly on Vatsim., because I read that vatsim weather has a bug at higher altitudes. A lot of times the weather in my sim doesn't seem to be the same as what's showing on vatsim.

The FSInn Wheather server has a Bug, that at high altitude the Temperatur is to high, so you have problem with the Engines to have enough power.
Vatsim have a retard of 30min with the Weather actuality but most, i think, fly with a Wheater engine that have actual weather. so the difference should be not very big.
