Air-Child Website offline – PIREP filing

Hello fellow aviators,

I don’t know if this is an issue related to the city I live in, but for the last 16 hours the air-child website was not available, i.e. offline. Unfortunately the weekend is the only time I can take my pc for a virtual spin. Since the website was offline I had no chance to book a flight (usually I do charter-flights) for a flight from LHBP to EDDL in a 777-200F I took the flight without a valid flight number.

My question is: Is it possible to file a pirep (I use FSPassengers) with a (yet) non-existing flight number? I booked a flight afterwards so I now have a valid ID and the relating pirep as well… but this pirep has now ACH0000 as flight number. Is there a way to put the correct flight number into an otherwise perfectly legitimate flightplan?

Cheers,

Pete

hello Peter

It can be changed. Look here: http://www.air-child.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2055&p=11612&hilit=FS+Passengers+wrong#p11612 but the only person able to do this is Peter Schindler which I haven't seen this year on the forum, but you can try to PM him the flight number from FSP and the number of flight You've booked.

Greetings

Better off clicking the email rather than PM. Peter doesn't get notification for PMs, so won't know he has any unless he comes onto the forum.

You can click the email link in his profile

Hi and thanks a lot for all the replies

My problem solved itself... shortly after posting my question in midair FSX took care of this all on its own... I'm just glad I didn't spent hundreds of Euros on add-ons and scenery for that *@!#+ thing... oh wait... actually I did :eek:uch:

Cheers,

Pete
