Hi x-planers, I am just curious and have a couple of questions...

Is the land the default x-plane, or some kind of addon?

Secondly, what kind of system spec do you need to run x-plane well (good graphics and good framerate)

:thx:

Hi Andrew.
Hope you like the screenshot.
What you see on this screenshot is pure x-plane (ATR is a addon but freeware). It's default x-plane.
If you want to install the whole world you need 60GB (6DVDs) but this is not necessary. You can select the areas in those you will fly. I've x-plane and other programs I use with or for x-plane (Servinfo, Chartviewer, Goodway and custom sceneries which are the airports ...) on one hard disk and I need 62 GB.
I use AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2,31GHz and 2 GB RAM. My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT.
This screenshot is taken with this system, and I don't have trouble with the framerate.
I hope my answer would help you. If you have more questions....

Yes, you can load a demo from the x-plane website. So you can flight for a few minutes and see how it works. Have fun with it.
