Xacars problem

As I said before, I sent a ticket to xacars.support. Here are the results:

"We kindly ask all administrators to support it's users of the XAcars client by it's own virtual airline infrastructure (like their own forum). If there is a problem you cannot solve by your own, then of course we help you and we ask you to file a ticket in our XAcars Support System with a detailed description of the problem itself and everything you tried until now to solve it. But please, only one ticket, so only the administrator OR the user should file one, not both."

So I did. And here is the answer:
"...we simply do not have enough spare time to support each user directly.

So, if you have troubles with XAcars please contact the administrator of your virtual airline for help - most of all troubles with the client can be solved in that way, because of some misconfiguration, on the server or on the client side.

If you cannot solve your problem together with your administrator please ask him to contact us via http://www.xacars.net/support - then we will try to solve the problem together."

Well, it's understandable in some way. They probably get a lot of messages, requests and stuff, especially after new releases. That's why I suggested a user forum to them, some time ago. Many problems can be solved if those who are having problems meet those who have solved them.

Anyways, Christian, what we could do is that you post a screenshot of your XAcars client next time you have that disabled button. So we can try to see if one of the required values is missing or inappropriate.
Sorry I have no better help to offer. :|
