Green planes on Live-Map

In case someone wonders about the suddenly green plane icons on the google live map - I was just playing around a little with Michal Rok's (from vroute) "time machine" script (http://support.vroute.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=479). It displays your vatsim data (if you fly on vatsim, that is) over the last 24 hrs.
So, the green planes are those currently identified as vatsim flights. As I said: just playing around. Not sure if it will stay this way (the color will definitely not stay poison green). But I'll leave it for now ... at least until I'm back from cinema & pub :p

If you like, tell me what you think about it. Is this good for anything?

No need to run servinfo or dolomynum or other...
Not fully reliable, though. Some people fly on vatsim but either running FsPax or Flight Keeper with Acars disconnected, so they don't show on our map :|

btw: does anyone know of a similar data source for IVAO flights?

Dolomynum get data from ivao network... So there must be some parser data available...

EDIT:
http://de1.www.ivao.aero/whazzup.txt
file ready to parse...

EDIT2:
Two nice flash applets for showing VATSIM/IVAO traffic:
1.
The UTR-Online flash applet (furtheron called "UTR-Online", not to be confused with the website url!) is an online flash applet which displays the .utr files which are also used by the .
The UTR-Online looks a lot like the Realtime NG, but it does nothing with the IVAO or VATSIM network.
The only thing the UTR-Online does, is displaying a timetable of a virtual airline.

2.
The Realtime NG Series flash applet (shorter: Realtime NG) is the (succesful) successor of the IVAO Realtime and the VATSIM Realtime flash applets. It is an applet which displays online flights of IVAO or VATSIM picked by destination or departure airport or a specific airline.
Type a four letter code (ICAO) of an airport or FIR to see inbounds or outbound to an airport.
To see the flights of an airline, type a two (IATA) or three (ICAO) letter code of an airline.
