Publishing PIREP comments ?

Hi (again ;-) !

Would it be a good idea...and is it possible to publish the comments providing by FS Flight Keeper in the PIREP detail on the ACH website ? Yesterday I made a flight from KSFO to KDFW but had to land before because of some technical problems. When you open the PIREP you can see the "original" flightplan...and that my flight stops before (KFML), but no explanation, although I wrote some comments in FS Flight Keeper.

Just and idea...

Cheers

It is a very good idea. Just that there's probably a better (more general) solution than using the FSFK comment field. We could include a comment field to all PIREPs that can be edited in your browser, but only by the pilot who filed the report, of course. This way comments can be added by everyone, regardless of the reporting add-on.

Yes, comments in FlightKeeper are not considered, but there's still something strange about it. With Flightkeeper, if you land at a different place, it should state in the report (on the website) that your flight was diverted. You should also be given an option for a return flight or connecting flight to the initial destination. See this thread:

Edit: Oops, I just checked the report again and realised that it was a charter flight. The above feature only applies to scheduled flights.

Nevermind, comment option will be included
