How can i include a graphic to a post ???

You need to upload the image online somewhere (photobucket.com for example) and then link to the image using bb code img tags.

Try clicking the above image :)

Code: 
[imgpop]image_location.jpg[/imgpop]

Note the 'pop' in the tag 'imgpop' (for image popup)
