Salute pilots !
Would like to show you my current project for air child.
A "special" repaint for the MD-11 (PW for now, GE will follow) / FS9
I was inspired by Norbert Pflug, who posted photos of his holidays at our VACC Austria forum
The front fuselage is covered by a so called "Azulejo" which refers to a typical form of Portuguese or Spanish painted, tin-glazed, ceramic tilework.
This one is is located at the São Bento Train Station and shows King Afonso VII of Castile and Léon.
Artist: Egas Moniz
The rest of the plane offers some design aspects not 100% sticked to the original paints.
Nevertheless the engines and the tail kept the same
Hope you like it.
Of course I would be glad if you could support me in improving the livery so "she" enters service one day. Every comment welcome
Sry, had to post the links to the pics as I experienced problems with the pic size in the forum.
(800x600 is not shown correctly !?)
Best regards
Mario
