May I suggest to change the legs so that the last one be done the last saturday/week of 2013?
If so, we can talk about the ACH World Tour 2013 and the next one will be the ACH World Tour 2014 starting the first saturday/week of 2014, and so on the next years.

Hi guys, I won't be able to fly this weekend as I am going away for easter short break . I will fly the second leg during week days hopefully you have a good flight .

It's not posible for me on monday. Maybe Tuesday? would be very funny for me. In the morning (my local time) I will be flying with you, and in the evening with all other ;)
