Re: UNICEF donations [update 11-10]

Notifications for Q3 have been sent today to all of our partners.
Here's the summary for July to September:

Total Flights: 2,198
Total miles flown: 1,553,157 nm
Total hours flown: 4,512 hrs

Total donations: 459.93 €

The above sum includes a one time donation of 20 Euro made by Rafal Zielinski for the special cause at the Horn of Africa. He has sent us a copy of the receipt. Thank you, Rafal!

And thank you, all others, for your ongoing support of children!

Today we have sent out emails for quarter 4/2011 to all our partner companies and supporting members. The number of sponsors has increased to 17 (and 18 with the beginning of this year).
Here are the totals:

Flights: 3,217
Miles: 2.7M NM
Hours: 7,731
Donations total: 498.06 €

I will personally add 1.94 € to make that
500 €

And for the records: with the 160 € we gathered through our event for the Philippines, we reached an overall total for the last quarter of
660 €

My personal (possibly inaccurate) calculations about donations...

Donations 2009: 671,92 Euro
Donations 2010: 1.701,91 Euro
Donations 2011: 1.967,18 Euro
Donations 2012: 2.240,18 Euro

Donations overall: 6.581,19 Euro

Airchild 2012 milestones.

Milestones for 2012: updated: 2013-02-12

1. Regular donations over 500 Euro per quarter and overall over 2000 Euro in year, gained from only basic flights, without additional money gathering events and private donations independent from flights...
100% done - 534+561+574+569=2240 / 500+500+500+500=2000
2. In 2011 we had scored over 10.000 flights. Lets make that a challenge to get 15k this year.
95% done - 14 356 / 15 000
2b. Addition for above... Lets score over 5000 regular sheduled flights.
75% done - ??? / 5 000 Can't tell exacly, statistic chart do not show numbers. For sure less than 5k.

BONUS track: we can try also to get over 20.000 hours in flight (over 100% done - 30 914 / 20 000) (on chart is less than 25k, but Peter showed over 30k) and 10.000.000 nm flown. (over 100% done - 10 917 587 / 10 000 000).

Little offtopic: i'm trying to restart my flying after holiday movement. For now have almost all i need to flight. Mostly addons, sceneries and configurations left to do, including printing actual charts.

btw: it seems that the last quarter also shows a new record for the number of flights. At the beginning of July we have almost reached the total of flights in the whole year of 2010. Great job, everyone! Keep it going.

I've just updated "milestones" 2 posts earlier... And it looks VERY promising to make that progress... It will be little hard to get 5000 scheduled flights, but i think it's managable, we can make that, rest should be met with no problems :)

Well, it's late ... but I think most of you are already used to my delays in communication :lol:
We had already sent the sponsor notifications for quarter 3/2012 on October 16, and here are finally the numbers for that quarter:

July to September 2012
Total Flights: 3,669
Total miles flown: 2,779,235 nm
Total hours flown: 7,945 hrs

Total donations: 574.89 €

Many of our partners (members and companies) have already sent us transfer confirmations. We thank everyone who contributed in the last 3 months and helped improve the lives of at least some children, somewhere on this globe.
